This hotel had a great location just a short walk from the Riverwalk, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but some features felt outdated, and the pool was small and often crowded. Overall, it was decent for a budget stay.

great access to the alamo and vibrant park views nearby
I really appreciated how close we were to the alamo and just a few steps away from the lovely san fernando de bexar cathedral, making our morning strolls a delightful part of our stay. the hotel even had a cozy vibe that felt welcoming for us as a couple excited to explore the city together.

I stayed here for a weekend girls trip and found the hotel to be quite convenient. It was located across the street from Riverwalk access. We walked to the Rivercenter mall and it was just a 15-minute stroll. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly, which made our stay enjoyable. I am single and appreciate value over luxury.
The pool area opened too late for early risers like me and did not provide much in terms of entertainment. There was a high nightly charge for parking.

The double queen river view room was comfortable, with soft linens and a relaxing atmosphere. Friendly and efficient staff made us feel welcome, and the cocktails enjoyed at the bar were well-crafted. However, the distance from the main attractions was disappointing, and the facilities seem in need of an upgrade. Additionally, breakfast was not included, which was a letdown considering the online description.

Just a suitable option for a weekend excursion in San Antonio with great value for the money. The staff were super friendly, making check-in feel really welcoming. Avoid the 6th floor if you want peace and quiet at night.

missingWrote a review on Jul 13convenient locationreasonable diningdecent viewsnoisy hallway
The location across from Riverwalk made it easy to explore all the attractions. Rooms offered decent views of the area, and the on-site restaurant provided reasonably priced dining options, making it a convenient spot to unwind after a long day.
Noise from the hallway was quite noticeable, especially with the door slamming, which occasionally disturbed my peace. The elevators felt like they were due for some TLC—slower than a Wookiee on a bad day and showing wear and tear. Housekeeping could have been a notch better. I found some dust and leftover toiletries more than once during my stay. Additionally, I tried to grab a morning coffee, but found there weren't enough supplies for everyone, and they wouldn't refill, which was a letdown. Lastly, the gym being closed was another disappointment for someone looking to keep active.

Our stay was primarily for enjoying the nearby attractions, and I must say that the location was quite convenient for walking to restaurants and entertainment. The proximity to sights like The Alamo made our outings really enjoyable. However, our stay was partly marred by the cloudiness of the pool and the absence of a microwave in our room. Nonetheless, the Double Queen River View room was a decent choice for us, offering both comfort and a nice view.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Amenities!
I enjoyed a delightful stay with a stunning pool view from my room. The cozy on-site restaurant served delicious meals. The coffee shop was a great spot to grab a quick breakfast before heading out. Don't miss the local favorite, Schilo's, just a short walk away!

I had a great time with my friends at this hotel! We visited the Alamodome for a concert and checked out the San Juan Mission compound. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Riverwalk! I'd recommend dining at the restaurant for some good food.
The only downside was the parking garage, which felt pretty small and a bit cramped. It was a bit of a hassle getting my car in and out, especially during peak times.

I loved unwinding at the pool and enjoying my coffee from the cafe each morning. the atmosphere was so relaxing. The gym had everything I needed to stay active, and the game room was a fun bonus. The elevator rug could use an upgrade, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. 😄

Fantastic location, just a stroll from restaurants and the fun river action! Easy walk to The Alamo, too.
